A look back at the AAGSI General Meeting 2025

Between concrete projects, new ambitions and team renewal

The Annual General Meeting held on April 7, 2025 provided an opportunity to review the past year's activities and announce future projects. The association is pursuing its mission of creating intergenerational links between old and new GSIs, with a clearly accelerating dynamic.

2024: a year of structuring and momentum

Internal reorganization

1. Set up a Trello to keep track of our various projects, reorganize our content and create regularity in our actions.

2. Regular exchange, 2 times a month via Calls or physical team meetings as soon as possible

3. Training newcomers on the Agora platform and other tools.

4. Step back to prepare event relaunches to avoid flops.

Maelle BEAUCAILLOU wrote 9 articles, including the Summer 2024 series. She created a dynamic visibility on social networks.

Timeo GUSTIN is in charge of analyzing the data in the Agora database (over 2,650 members). He updates it by adding LinkedIn links, phone numbers and e-mails, and by drafting a questionnaire. Only 113 alumni have an updated profile and 355 are not connected on Linkedin, figures that need to be improved.

Lola HENRY creates articles, emails, event's. She is redesigning our Art Direction using the Canva platform and developing our presence on social networks.

The mentoraa

mentoraa is a program of sharing and support between mentor and mentee.

Mentoraa 2020: 10 pairs trained

Mentoraa 2021: 18 pairs trained

Mentoraa 2022: 13 pairs formed

Mentoraa 2024: 35 pairs trained

Following the AGM, the balance sheet and financial statements for 2024 were approved.

The office expands

We are delighted to welcome Charlotte SAINT-DIZIER, a recent graduate, to the AAGSI office. She will be a multi-skilled project manager with a focus on communication.

But also a summer series on the theme of alumni with atypical backgrounds, a series of Instagram posts on alumni of ENSGSI associations and continuous renewal of the Artistic Direction on social networks!

But also the return of Meet-Up! We'll be at ENSGSI on May 23, 2025 , and in Bordeaux during the summer of 2025.
We're looking for volunteers in Toulouse, Lyon, Paris, Lille, Nantes, Marseille and Montpellier , so don't hesitate to contact us if you're interested!

We are also planning to launch the 5th edition of Mentoraa in autumn 2025, as well as a round-table discussion on the theme of "Leaving/Living Abroad ".
